Position: ELearning Product Specialist

Job summary

Research Supply Chain Management Trend, and the Industry Training Demand, and Continuously Update Enterprise Online eLearning Teaching Material

Main responsibility

1. Research, design and develop various Supply Chain related disciplines to fulfill the training demand from the Industry.

2. Investigate the content of the industry, and communicate with professors and co-lecturers to design the online curriculum framework.

3. Assist in developing course content and design online scenario cases.

4. Assist in designing questionnaire, collect feedback from students and do the following data analyze to improve teaching experience.

5. Write micro business cases for student case analysis.

6. Participate in related research projects led by professors and experts.

7. Develop new learning contents of enterprise supply chain management.

8. Complete other tasks assigned by the department head.

Competency and Capability

1. Bachelor degree or above, preferable in Education, Supply Chain Management, or Business.

2. 2 years+ working experiences required, and working background in supply chain related industry preferred.

3. Consume good communication, logical, text editing, summarizing and demand analysis capability.

4. Have independent understanding and interest in Internet, platform operation, community operation and online learning.

5. Have good computer application ability and written expression ability, can use office software skillfully, and have product operation experience of e-learning system is preferred.

6. Entrepreneurship and mission-driven mindset, enthusiasm about creating excellent supply chain teaching content.

7. Leadership and Teamwork Spirit.

9. Excellent English writing and daily communication ability.
