Job Description

1.Participate in developing the degree programs,implement the policies and requirement set by the NISCI.
2.Implement the daily operation of the degree programs,develop the new academic degree program.
3.Carry out the project management of the Academic Degree Program such as budget draft, working plan, staffing and KPI assessment.
4.Investigate the policies concerning MBA,international students and Sino-foreign joint education, make sure that the NISCI degree programs is in conformity with these policies.
5.Design the yearly admissions plan, implement it and meet the target.
6.Under the supervision of the NISCI Academic Degree Committee, participate in the draft of educational plan for the degree program(s) and implement it (them).
7.Provide professional services to faculty teach in the academic program(s).
8.Provide professional services to the students of the academic program(s).
9.Keep daily contact with MIT Scale Network to deal with the admissions and teaching affaires.
10. Keep daily contact with the Graduate School, Business School of Ningbo University, University of Nottingham Ningbo China to coordinate issues on admissions, teaching schedule, teaching faculty, dissertation, career development for graduate, etc.
11.To coordinate with the other departments of the NISCI to joint contribute for the overall and long-term mission of the Institute.
12. To develop the alumni service and career development service in the long term.
13.To build internal team and use any methods to cultivate team member including mentor/coaching/training etc..
14.Establish and standardize the inter-departmental work flow.
15. Fulfill other responsibilities according to NISCI's development.

Qualification

1.Bachelor degree or above, preferable in Education, Business, or Supply Chain Management.
2.10yrs above working experience, Rich experience in MBA marketing, admission and management.
3.Rich experience of project management in international educational institutions.
4.Leadership and Teamwork Spirit.。

Salary

20000-30000 yuan / month * 12months
