Job Description

1.Conduct strategic hr work underpin NISCI's business objectives.
2.Work in partnership with Dean and line manager to understand strategy and business objectives to drive organizational change. Carry out business seminar in external organizational change and up-to-date HR management trends. Broaden leader's vision in bring in external HR expertise and senior figures.
3.Institution building is essential to institute's compliance. Develop every HR regulation to ensure the institute compliance and workflow smooth,create a more equal work atmosphere and a culture of “knowledge and practice".
4.Performance assessment system and incentive salary package is the important part. Performance indicators is the direction of institute's development, the effectiveness and equitable of which is the key point for retention. Drive institute to embody the "the more you tried the more you get” and fair culture. The salary incentive package help embodying the performance indicator, a competitive salary package can help attracting and motivating talent.
5.Talent growing, and attracting is also important. Help building talent framework constantly and intermediate deck.
6.Building highly efficient team is also the point. Realizing it in information flow system creating and highly efficient meeting construction and a series of business workshop designation to make sure smooth team communication and act with united strength.
7.Conduct IDP concerning NISCI's development stage and career development needs with employee maturity.
8.Collect and track industry salary benchmark and formulate competitive salary package.
9.Contribute to building institute culture. Draft the compliance and ensure the work layout is suitable for this culture. Work with line manager to establish and standardize the workflow. Help change the mindset to “profitable center”.
10.Fulfill any other works concerning to Dean's situation.


1.Bachelor degree or above, preferable in HR management, Business, or Supply Chain Management.
2.10yrs above working experience with at least 3yrs management experience within a business school and internet environment, also an international organization.
3.Have a good knowledge of human resource management and rich practical experience, up to date knowledge of hr relevant legislation.
4.Have evidence to show good management skill and problem-solving ability. Target-oriented, good communication and inter personnel skill and brand mindset. Strong execution.
5.Have independent mentality and professional spirit, upward management skill.
6.Leadership and Teamwork Spirit.
7.Fluent in both English and Mandarin, can work in a bilingual environment.
8. Working hard, conscientious, problem-solving, act with integrity.
